Header, footer and store pages
Design your header and footer in the app, and add contact, track order and returns pages.
Header and footer
Design them in Storefront → Header and Footer. The header draws your menu from Online Store → Navigation, with dropdowns or mega menus, search, the cart count and an optional button, and replaces the theme’s header bar (the theme’s cart drawer keeps working). The footer shows columns from your menus, a newsletter sign up, social links, payment icons and policies.
Contact, track order and returns pages
- Contact: a form and your store’s details (email, phone, WhatsApp, address, hours).
- Track order: shoppers look up their order with the order number and email and see its delivery status.
- Returns: shoppers ask for a return with the order number and email, choose items and a reason; requests are listed in the app (Returns).
Each page has ready made looks; place it on a store page in the theme editor.
